Bob and Vy chose the perfect setting to tie the knot: behind the Seattle Aquarium, facing the Olympic mountians, right at sunset. We were more than happy to play them down the aisle and perform for their guests before the ceremony.

Virtual Variety Show - Seattle Wind Symphony
In the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, we musicians were desperate to meet, to perform, and to feel challenged. Members of the Wind Symphony collectively created a Variety Show: a series of chamber performances interspersed with bandmember interviews and other segments. Thus, the PATTERNS Saxophone Ensemble was formed. We didn’t only want to play; we wanted to challenge ourselves. This performance was the culmination of many hours’ practice - even sometimes in the same room - over the days of quarantine.
Many thanks to Vincent Oneppo, our tenor saxophone player at the time.
